Does anyone know if the RS Best of Ireland tour includes the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough? The online itinerary does not mention this.

It did not when I took it in 2014. There are some day tours offered from Dublin if you are there a few days before the RS tour starts.

The tour definitely doesn't cover Wicklow, no. Best to take some day trips out there.
