We are seeking advice on where we could find a bed and breakfasts to explore Dingle and the Ring of Kerry. We have 5 days. Any recommendations as to logical sequence and towns that are pretty villages. I have seen Kinsale and Ennis mentioned but would appreciate advice on logistics too. We are planning on renting a car in Dublin. I am not interested in being in the most touristy places rather something quiet and picturesque! Thank you in advance Val and Mark

Dingle and the Ring of Kerry are the most touristy places. Kinsale and Ennis are on neither Dingle nor the Ring of Kerry. I suggest using booking.com's map feature to zoom in Dingle and the ROK and see what you find that suits your needs. Book direct with the host, if possible. Google Maps is also useful for showing what's available in the smaller villages. On ROK, folks on the Forum seem to like Sneem. I stayed in Kenmare and regretted it, as it was overrun with American tourists. It was, OTOH, a convenient place to stay for ROK and Skelligs tour.
