which castle has the best medieval feast - to answer Norma's questions - best experience.I realize the food is secondary.

My mom went to Bunratty and enjoyed it. It's convenient to Shannon airport.

Agree with Norma’s questions! We went to the one at Bunratty Castle. Very, very touristy, but fun. You don’t go for the food!

They are all very hokey and super touristy and have virtually nothing to do with real Irish history but the one at Bunratty was fun in an utterly goofy Hollywoody kind of way. Our young kids had fun too And the folks there....though a bit sheepish about it all were great. Maybe there's a more authentic style one in the east I'm unaware of. Here's hoping.
