Best airline from Seattle to dublin with lay down seats. Cheapest.

A quick check on random dates for a 2-week trip in September shows $7200 for the direct flights with Aer Lingus in business class.

On British Airways, with a plane change in London, it is around $5800 on BA; less if part of the journey is on American Airlines with a layover in the US rather than Europe, but part of that journey is in Economy ( mixed cabin itinerary) so you have to look at it carefully.

A nice thing about the BA website is that it showed the flight prices for each day for a week, and they do vary, so you can choose the least expensive. You can also fly bipusiness class to Europe in business class and return in Premium Economy for the daytime flight. This is not lie-flat seats, but they are roomier than regular economy.

If you don't mind stopping over in Frankfurt, you can fly business class on Condor, either paying their low prices or using your Alaska miles.

It might be easier for finding the most reasonably priced flights by doing multi-city ( aka open jaw) of SEA-DUB and AMS-SEA

Doing r/t in/out of Dublin really wastes your limited time.

Condor is a great idea. We flown their business class and it is fine—-good lie-flat seats and the dinner was actually very good.

Joe’s suggestion of multi-city brings up this idea: Book RT Seattle to Frankfurt with Condor, then a separate flight from there to Dublin in Economy. Make your way to AMsterdam, and then return to Frankfurt by train for your flight home.

I just checked and the direct flights from Seattle come to over $6000, but if you fly down to SFO with Alaska (included in the ticket) the price for business class goes down to $3729 for selected dates in September.
