Belfast to DUB early AM for airport - looking for shuttle/van/car service or taxi for hotel pick up

Hi. Our RS Tour of Ireland concludes in Belfast (July 7) we need to get to DUB for a 11:20 AM departure so I'm planning on leaving Belfast at 6 AM. While the Airport Link is a an option, I'm considering the convenience of a hotel pickup and splurging. Uber (new but being challenged by the taxi industry) appears to be approx. $150 USD. Belfast Shuttle may be $100 (still trying to get a rate confirmation). Taxis charge $250. My criteria: reliability first, then price. Suggestions?

We're taking the train into Dublin and then taxi to the airport. However, we are spending the night in Dublin and leaving next day to give a bit of cushion in case there are problems. Earliest train doesn't get into Dublin til around 0900.

Hi Craig. Greetings from Ireland.
Im all for splurging but this splurge would be pointless as the airport bus departs from almost literally outside the front door of the hotel we will end the tour at, The Europa.
The airport bus has leather seats and wifi and goes direct to the front door of Dublin airport in about 2 hours.
