We will be on RS Ireland tour in August that ends in Belfast on a Sat morning. Trying to decide if we should stay one more night in Belfast, so we would appreciate any thoughts about what else would be interesting to do in Belfast that is not part of the tour.

I don't know what's included in the RS tour, but the thing I found most interesting in Belfast was the taxi murals tour we took with Paddy Campell Tours. https://belfastblackcabtours.co.uk/

If you are interested in social history then an extra day visiting the Ulster Folk Museum at Cultra a short distance from Belfast is definitely worthwhile. Old buildings from across Northern Ireland have been rebuilt here. There is a typical street and town scape with old shops, school, bank, churches, pub as well as houses. The rural section has farmsteads and animals. It is a fascinating glimpse of life a hundred years ago.
There is also the Titanic (Unless you've already done that?)
Oh and don't miss the virtually unchanged Crown Liquor Saloon on Victoria Street.
