Looks like Aer Lingus and Easyjet are the options. There's also a ferry, followed by bus or train, takes a little longer but doubtless more interesting.

Runs about 28 GBP. We are actually taking this in the other direction, from Glasgow, in another 10 days or so. There are 2 or 3 runs per day.
