Is there a rail line that runs between the airports and train stations? Or a bus line?
My daughter and her friend are planning there first overseas trip and we (parents) are trying to make it as simple as possible.
Thanks with any help in this matter?

Buses are super easy from Dublin airport to downtown. You can take the airlink

Simplest option is a taxi. Particularly for their arrival, when they're jet lagged and tired, and there's two of them, a taxi is a very worthwhile investment. Even after many trips, it's what I usually do.
For the departure, they'll be rested and more comfortable with the "lay of the land," and an airport bus is fine.
