BELFAST CITY CENTRE HOTELS - Any expereince/knowledge feedback on my hotel consideration list?

These hotels look best-suited for my group in Belfast City Centre:
- Maldron Hotel Belfast City
- ibis Belfast City Centre
- Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre
- Second Nature Belfast

All of these are convenient for us, and we desire clean, comfortable, quiet, and cozy - at a good value price. We don't want over-the-top posh, but also don't want dated and dingy. These appear to be very accomidating for single rooms (which is important in our case).

If you have stayed at any of these, or are closelly familiar with them, I'd really appreciate your feedback. If you have a strong feeling on rankings (based on my criterea), your thoughts are most welcome!

Many thanks!
Ron

We are staying at the Maldron Hotel now in Belfast and it’s very nice. Clean, quiet, good location, decent breakfast. I’m not familiar with the other hotels you listed.

We stayed at the Ibis once. It was fine but the rooms are a little weird- e.g. the shower opened directly into the room rather than being in a separate bathroom. We also stayed once at the Travelodge nearby which was a little better. I'm always shocked at Belfast hotel prices.

The Madron is the only one of those I’ve stayed at. It’s nice - very well-located, clean, comfortable, decent breakfast buffet.

I wouldn’t describe it as cosy - it’s a very modern functional business hotel. I was there while attending a thing at the BBC next door and it struck me that there were a lot of business people and some tour groups.

I’d stay there again very happily but it was quite busy and bustling while I was there.
