Traveling in May 2025. Are there any guided tours of the Beara Peninsula that you are aware of or have taken?
Are you talking about a one day tour? Are you looking for a private guide or a bus tour?
Doing a google search for guided tours Beara Peninsula throws up some suggestions..

I've not used any of these though....
I did the Beara Tour with the mentioned Kerry Experience Tours from Sneem.
Gerrit took as from the Hotel in Kenmare and we did a wonderful daytour over the peninsula.Recomended.
If thats booked out already see Brown Taxi and Tours Kenmare
In 2010, I used an organization now called Ireland Walk Hike Bike (https://irelandwalkhikebike.com/) -- then called Southwest Walks Ireland -- as part of a 100-mile-long self-guided tour on the Dingle Way Trail (https://www.dingleway.com/). They did a good job.
It looks like Ireland Walk Bike Hike doesn't offer a guided tour of Beara. However, they offer a self-guided tour of it: https://irelandwalkhikebike.com/tours/self-guided-beara-way-hike/
We just returned from a week-long visit to Ireland and hired a private driver (Paul Brown Taxi & Tours) for a day trip on the Beara Peninsula. We can highly recommend not only the spectacular scenery of that region but also Paul Brown. He is professional and thoughtful, as well as a very skilled driver. We appreciated his plan for seeing the Beara Peninsula because he covered a lot of ground yet incorporated plentiful opportunities for us to get out and stretch our legs. He knows where to stop for a great vista, and you won't have to worry about the driving. He also knows where the good eating spots are and is able to make recommendations for your interests if you want to explore other places. His rate for the full-day tour on the Ring of Beara was €550 total for three of us. We thought this was very reasonable. After having traveled the narrow and sometimes steep and winding roads, we were really happy to have hired him. Sure, we could have rented a car, but whichever one of our group was driving would not have enjoyed it. Another cool thing we did was take the public transportation (bus) from the village of Kenmare to the village of Waterville. This way, we had a spectacular view of the coastline with someone else doing the driving.
