We are allowed a checked bag, one carryon and one personal bag per person on flights. When we transfer to our bus to tour Ireland and Scotland, will we encounter different baggage allowances?

I'll just add to Karen's response that sometimes the coach can't get that close to your lodging. I have not done the RS Scotland tour but did do the Best of Ireland. There was quite a walk from where the coach had to let us off in Kinsale to the hotel. One tour member had a bag that was quite large and she was unable to manage it on her own. Fortunately she was traveling with friends who assisted.
In re-reading your question, are you talking about a Rick Steves tour?
