Traveling to N Ireland for 4 nights in September and would like to do B&B in Belfast close to City Center and in Portrush. Any suggestions

On our Rick Steves tours we stay in the Adelphi in Portrush, its very central and very nice. Check out the Maranatha House in Belfast, nice people and a good quality B&B, though there are many others to choose from also.
Will you venture across to historic Derry and see Irelands only complete Walled city (1613 to circa 1617), who's fortifications went up under the same King James who reigned at the time Jamestown, Virgina was constructed?! :)
