Hello, looking for suggestions on where to stay in Glendalough for one night. I do not mind a hotel either but not a hostel as I will have my 13 year old granddaughter.
We will be there one night on a Friday. Some places have a min 2-3 night stay.

Maybe try the Glendalough Hotel? The monastic site is right outside its doorstep. The hotel is big enough that they might not require a minimum stay.

I agree that Glendalough Hotel will probably be the best choice. It seemed to be the only choice for dinner. We stayed at a B&B nearby and it was walking distance to GH but required crossing a stream on a log. We were not happy with the B&B so I cannot recommend it.
Not sure if they are still open, but several years ago we had a wonderful stay at Koliba Country Home B&B with Rose and Brendon as our hosts.
