Any Special Events Planned for Easter Uprising Anniversary?

Some friends in the Irish-American community in the Detroit area are interested in traveling to Ireland to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 1916 Easter uprising. Are there any special events or commemorations anticipated, to anyone's knowledge?
