Any recommendations for Self-catering apartment hotels in Ireland and Northern Ireland please

With the changes made to Airbnb in Ireland, We would now have to look at apartment style hotels (with kitchens and washer/dryer etc) for our trip this fall.

Is there any place like this you have stayed anywhere in Ireland that you would recommend? ( we are traveling for a month so are looking at many places.....Like Dublin, Belfast, Derry, Kilkenny, Kilarney, Dingle, Galway, Waterford etc)

thank you for any suggestions as almost all the places we wanted to stay are now not going to be legal because of the rule change.

thank you for the links so far. that link to all the self catering places is helpful but hard to navigate and I will have to look up what county each place is in. I do really appreciate it. I don't want to do anything illegal by booking a place that is not legit and allowed to rent.

Our favorites were Narrow Water Castle Apartment 2-Warrenpoint, Co. Down, which is an hour north of Dublin on the west coast, just over the line into N. Ireland. Beautiful apartment 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fireplace. We spent a week and are going back next year-found it on VRBO.
Also, through Airbnb-200 year old Marianne Cottage in Clonmellon, Co. Westmeath. In a tiny village but ended up being a great base if you enjoy the countryside. Within an hour of Newgrange. Really unique cottage-2 bedroom, 2 bath, lovely host family living next door. Again, we spent a week and are returning next year for same.
