Any help with a Translink Click and Collect Ticket from Belfast Central?

We've just made reservations for the train from Belfast Central to Dublin Connolly using the Webfare procedure. The instructions say we need to bring our booking confirmation email to collect our voucher and exchange that for our ticket.

Does anyone have recent experience with this to a degree that they can tell me where to go in the train station to collect my voucher? We have an 8:00AM train and time will be tight and I would rather not go wandering around the station trying to locate the proper office.
How early should we be at the station?

Thanks, Paul. I will check it out. Maybe I can pick up the tickets the day before. Better to know now, though. There must be other people who have had the same issues. Jeff

I have had a very prompt and helpful e-mail from Translink. It appears that I can retrieve both my voucher and my ticket form the same office which opens at 0620. We should be okay.

We walked from our hotel early morning before the rush and picked up our tickets, returning to our hotel for breakfast and checkout.

Was easy and the train trip was delightful. They offer nice breakfasts on the train as well.
