We would love to stay at a castle overnight in Cork, Kerry or Clare (or Dublin area) mid-February next month, ideally on the affordable side. If we can't find something budget, we'd rather just visit during the day. Open to ideas!
There's one southeast of Cork on the coast that seems great but it's out of the way. There's one near Dublin but seems easier to just stay in Dublin and drive to a castle further out. And the castle-stay near Limerick seems to be closed until late February, unfortunately.
