What is the easiest bus route from airport into Dublin centre

Where are you actually going in Dublin? There are numerous bus routes and it depends on where you are actually going.

When researching bus trip from the airport to Dublin for our trip, I decided to spring for a taxi. After spending 10 hours on a plane, I knew I wouldn't be in the mood to queue up for a bus that takes another hour, plus stops several times, then have to walk with luggage to the hotel. The taxi stand is right outside Dublin Airport and next stop is your hotel. Yes, it's a little more expensive but for me the convenience is worth it. Just a suggestion.
