What would be the most cost effective way for 2 people needing airport transportation from Shannon Airport to Dingle? Livery service, taxi, train? It is student who are unable to rent a car. Can someone please advise.

Wow. That's a long way (about 100 miles) so cost for a student's budget would be prohibitive for a livery or taxi. There is no train service. Bus seems your only option and I suspect it will be at least a 5 hour ride.
Hopefully one of our Irish bred and born posters can offer more advice how to make this trek.
I would also suggest these students spend a few dollars and grab a copy of Rick's Ireland guidebook and read it. Will be VERY helpful to them.
