Is it ok to rent AirB&B during level 5 restrictions?

Accommodation can only be rented if used for essential business purposes. You can’t hire as a tourist. Where would you be travelling from? You may have to quarantine for 14 days on arrival and need a negative PCR test. This will mean getting food delivered, not going to a shop.
Only essential shops are open and food outlets are take away only. All museums and public buildings are closed. Exercising is limited outside your property. It’s not a time to be travelling there.
