Air B n Bs

Hi, there are 5 of us travelling to Ireland next May and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an Air B n B in Belfast, Dublin or Galway. I understand that there is some controversy with these as housing is hard to get in some cities, we deal with the same issues in Canada, but thought I'd see if anyone has some info. Thanks.

I have stopped using AirBnB in Dublin due to the housing crisis. Last visit, I stayed at Zanzibar Locke, which is an apart-hotel. https://www.lockeliving.com/en/dublin/zanzibar-locke Their units are set up for two people, although they offer cribs (called "cots" in Ireland), and at least in our apartment, a person could sleep on the couch in a pinch.
I did use AirBnB in Belfast, but the one I stayed in wouldn't work for your group size.
I haven't stayed in Galway, so I can't speak to that.

In 2022 we stayed at a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath Airbnb house in Galway. I don’t know how to share it, but the title is ‘Newly refurbished 4 bedroom house. Prime location.’ It had parking (we had a car) and was walkable in to town.

Thank you Andrea, I was able to locate it but it appears to be booked for a few of the days we would need it.

There are often "guest houses" which are more hotel-like than a B&B but have a little more character and breakfast is available. The councils have made life difficult for B&Bs as you point out. Last time we visited those three cities (2023), we didn't stay in B&Bs (Belfast Ten Square, Galway 7 Boutique, Dublin Harvey's GH). The last one was a little iffy (maybe a lot iffy).
