Is it possible to print boarding for Aer Lingus day or weeks in advance?

No. But it's easy to have one printed at the airport when you arrive. Just have your confirmation code and passport handy and you're good to go.

You can only get a boarding pass after you check in which can't be done until 24 hours out. I usually check in online then print my boarding passes at the airport.
