Two couples, ages 56-69 and active, plan to visit Ireland. What are your thoughts on this itinerary? We are open to "You guys need to stay in ______ longer", " You can skip ____________ and go to __________ instead", etc. We are interested in the natural sights and charming towns more than history and art (we appreciate them but don't want to focus this trip on them).
Day 1 Arrive Dublin: walking tour, O'Connnel Street, Temple Bar, Hop on/off bus
Day 2 Drive to Kilkenny
Day 3 Drive to Kenmare (Ring of Kerry)
Day 4 Ring of Kerry & another night in Kenmare
Day 5 Dingle Penninsula & night in Tralee
Day 6 Cliffs of Moher and Burren sleep ? Galway??
Day 7 Westport & Connemara sleep ??
Day 8 Drive to Portrush
Day 9 Portrush
Day 10 Depart Ireland

Portrush is a long detour from what is essentially a tour of the southern half of the island. Spend more time on the west coast.
