Activities or Food Tours

This is our first trip to Ireland (late April-early May) and we are trying to get an itinerary together. We really like having an activity to do when we travel (example - we did a tile painting class in Portugal) and are looking for something in Ireland. Maybe a cooking class? Or some other type of activity? Also, we love doing food tours - any recommendations? We will be starting in Dublin for a few days and will also be in Belfast/Northern Ireland for two or three days. Since we are still working through where else to go, we are open to anywhere at this point. Thank you for any suggestions!

We went on a guided walk on The Gobbins, a little northeast of Belfast. More than 100 years ago, a network of metal steps, ramps, and walkways were attached to the rock walls along the coast of the ocean. This allowed getting near the water for a view of the sea life and environment that wouldn’t have otherwise been possible. After World War II, it fell into disuse and disrepair.

About 7 years ago, the system was renovated and improved, and reopened. During our Gobbins walk, a seal kept popping its head out of the water, and followed us in the water, as we walked the route on land. The seal was watching us as we watched it. It was a walk in nature, without going out of civilization, and with the added metal structures, wasn’t hard.

A group of us are on the RS Best of Ireland Tour in September. We love doing food tours and I have researched the following 3 tours. I have not made a decision yet but here is what I have found so far.

Thank you - those sound interesting and I'll look into them (not the falcons LOL - I'm terrified of birds).
That said - I should have been more clear in my message that we have a lot of ideas for outdoors activities , hikes, etc. What I am hoping to find is something more like a cooking class or some kind of craft activity that is unique to Ireland. For example, when we were in Portugal we took a tile painting class at a studio where we learned about all the tiles that are on the buildings in Porto then we painted our own tiles. If not something like that, then we also would love to do a cooking class or also interested in a food tour. We are still figuring out what area of the country we will be traveling in (flying in and out of Dublin, but will only be there for a couple of days) so any area is fine! Thank you for any suggestions. :)
