9 days in Ireland.. Please vet the itinerary!

Hi everyone! Three friends and I are going to Ireland for nine days in the last week of September (24-oct. 2). I have been to Dublin and Galway before, but 2/3 of the trip will be spent more in the west and south of Ireland. Having never been outside of Dublin and Galway, wanted to get people's opinions on if our current itinerary is doable or too much.

24th to morning of the 26th, then rent car and drive to Galway for late afternoon/evening in Galway.
27th - Cliffs of Moher tour (my friends will take the tour via bus and I will follow along by car so we can leave straight from the cliffs). After tour of the cliffs, drive to tralee (or another town close and sleep there for the night).
28th - Ring of Kerry drive (or if too much, do the dingle peninsula) and sleep in a B&B towards the end of the Ring of Kerry/Dingle or sleep in Killarney.
29th - Killarney castle and then drive to Cobh. Sleep in Cobh.
30th - Drive from Cobh to Rock of Cashel (how much time should be spent here?) and then head to Waterford and Wexford (Any suggestions on which to sleep in? - Have been getting into the history of the vikings lately so would love to check these towns out).
1st - drive back to Dublin through Wicklow Mountains and stay in Dublin and return car for the night.
2nd - flight out of Dublin

We are between 24-26 years old and are looking for more of the small town, Gaelic Ireland, would love to stay at some great B&Bs along the way and do not want to feel to rushed at all! Open to all suggestions even to ones such as driving out to Galway on the 24th and ending with three days in Dublin instead of splitting Dublin up. Would also like to see as much Irish history as possible!

Thanks!

Why would a tour be needed for Cliffs of Moher?
We parked, walked to edge, took photos, etc.

When I went to Galway and did it the first time, the tour was great because it was way more informational and engaging than just doing it alone. Something I recommend since doing it - we also had an incredible tour guide so that may have helped too.

Just my opinion, but I think the Dingle Peninsula is the most beautiful spot in all of Ireland (maybe all of Europe) so I would opt for Dingle and pass on the Ring of Kerry. Also the music scene in Dingle town is great and there is a local brewery!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bambury's Guest House in Dingle. It was a 5 minute walk to town and had amazing service and delicious breakfasts! If you are a seafood fan, Out of the Blue in Dingle was the best meals that we had in Ireland. (make reservations). We skipped the Ring of Kerry on our trip opting instead to stay in Kenmare and did the Beara Peninsula (incredibly beautiful and quiet) and then on to the Dingle Peninsula. By the way, Kenmare is just a short distance from Killarney and less touristy if that interests you. We really like our stay in that town, good pubs and great restaurants.

yes loved dingle. near the tip is one of the prettiest beaches i've seen. Inch beach is also great for a walk to stretch legs.
The museum at the tip is also great. I wish i had also planned to visit the abandoned blasket isle village, which the museum is about.

Don't miss Kinsale. As our server replied at the sussex in Dublin when she heard we were heading to kinsale next
Fab!

We are planning for the ring of Kerry too but these are interesting arguments for something else!
