Need Advice for 9 day Ireland Trip

We will be flying from NY to Dublin overnight 9/28-9/29 arrive- pick up rental car:
Day 1- Dublin
Day 2-Dublin
Day 3- Dublin (Hotel pre-booked with package deal)
Day 4-Dublin to Kenmare (sleep B&B Kenmare)
Day 5-Ring of Kerry (leisurely) to Dingle (sleep Dingle)
Day 6- Dingle Loop (leisurely) (sleep Dingle)
Day 7-Dingle to Kilkenny (sleep Kilkenny)
Day 9-Rock of Cashel and surrounding area? (sleep Kilkenny)
Day 10- Drive to Dublin Flight home late afternoon

Is this trip do-able? I would like to fit in Cliffs of Mohre/Galway if possible but I also do not want to rush through Ring of Kerry / Dingle loops---any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes. If I were planning it, I would flip it and spend more time in Dingle and Kilkenny and less in Dublin, but you say that part is set. So, yes, the rest works.

Can you only pick up the car on the way out of Dublin? This is what we are doing as I have been told

1) you don't need a car in Dublin and
2) you don't want to drive in Dublin :)

Your trip is certainly do-able but adding Galway and Cliffs of Moher would put you in the car almost all day. I would leave it for the next trip.
My suggestion on your itinerary would be:
Only go as far as Killarney on Day 7 to enjoy the National Park.
Then on Day 8 ( assuming Day 9 on your schedule is Day 8 ) visit Cashel on the way to Kilkenny. Your plan would mean backtracking about 1 hour each way to visit Cashel.
