I am leaving in 3 weeks for a 7 night self-drive tour in Ireland. Our tentative itinerary is:
Nights 1 & 2: Dublin
Night 3: Kilkenny
Night 4: Cobh
Night 5: Dingle
Night 6: Dromoland Castle, Clare
Night 7: Bunratty Castle, Clare
We have a few points of interest along the way. Does anyone have any must-see/do suggestions? Or any thoughts on travel in general? We are planning on getting up early every morning to head to our destination and spending the day and night there. And we are looking for any recommendations for a casual Easter dinner in Dublin.

In Dublin we really enjoyed Gallagher's Boxty House. From their site, it looks like they are open. It is in Temple Bar and can get busy so I would recommend reservations
