Does anyone know if the Republic of Ireland has relaxed its' regulations on recreational cannabis for adults? I didn't find any reference to this subject in any of Rick's books; which is curious to me given Rick's public position hear in the US.

Ireland is far from relaxing their laws on recreational weed. Hell, divorce only got legalized there a little over 20 years ago.
I'd imagine Rick isn't going to bother writing about anything in his Ireland guides that is not legal.
