I'm booking a july trip and we only have 4 night (arriving on a wednesday morning from Lonodon, departing sunday for the US. - 2 Couples) Trying to figure out the best driving plan, and how to structure the trip - we want to stop at cliffs, do Galway, Killarney and Dingle (2 of the days the guys want to golf so thinking one day while we are in Galway and not sure what other day. If anyone has recomendations of which order to do what - that would be great Thanks!
Do you arrive in Dublin, Shannon, or a different airport? What you have proposed is a lot to do in basically four days.
we were going to fly into shannon, but i'm only seeing direct flights in and out of dublin back to DC. what i was thinking is land wednesday am go directly to cliffs of Mohr to knock it out, then head to Galway guys can golf and we can go spend day in the city (sun sets late so that helps w golf) then head thursday to killarney , spend all day and overnight, then dingle . just trying to see if it makes sense to end or begin in galway
or maybe 2 days in galway guys glof 2nd day and we go to aran islands for the day
head to killarney on second evening.
Galfchursa Cheann Sibeal (Sybil's Head Golf Course) in Dingle is a fun course to play (and a challenge as well). It's located on the Slea Head Drive so you could golf early and still have time to take in the sights.
