4 days in Dingle/Kinsale

We are traveling to Dublin July 1 to visit our daughter who is there for the summer. We will be in the city July 2-4th. We fly to London the 5th for the weekend. When we return to Dublin the morning of July 8 we will be renting a car and heading to the west side for 4 days. We were thinking of leaving Dublin and heading to the Cliffs if Moher and down to Dingle to spend two nights. The second day we would drive the Dingel Peninsula and then head back to town for a relaxing evening. Wednesday morning we would like head to Kinsale area for two nights before heading back to Dublin Friday morning. Is this doable or way too much? We have never been to Ireland so we want to enjoy without overwhelming ourselves. Thank you! Also any recommendations in those areas for sightseeing, food etc. would be appreciated.

Take the Fungi boat ride in Dingle if you get a nice day. If you want to escape the tourists go to Curran's bar. The aquarium in Dingle is excellent. My best day in Dingle was spent riding out of it on a bicycle. It's just so overrun with tourists.

We took a very comfortable bus from the Dublin airport to Galway (approx 3 hours). Stayed in Galway for 1 night, took a ferry to Inishmore and stayed there for 1 night. Upon return to Galway we rented a car and proceeded with the rest of our trip, down to Dingle and so on. Just mentioning in case you're not ready to drive that far, the bus was very easy. (We returned the car in Dublin with no extra charge).
