Current travel restrictions to enter Iceland are in place until August 15 (source : covid.is). Has anyone found information on the period afterwards? Because I will travel on August 16th :-)
More or less restrictions?
None of us will know anything until the government issues the official word.
I just went to covid.is, and answered their questions about being fully vaccinated 14 days prior to my entry into the country. The response I got said: "You are allowed to enter Iceland without any requirements for testing or quarantine." We also must still pre-register before our trip.
We did our 8 day Iceland trip starting 31 July and the rules changed a few days prior to that date. Now you need a negative antigen or PCR test to enter Iceland.
