I have finished and booked my tour of Iceland starting in june.
I spend two days in Snæfellsnes peninsula. One night in Anarstapi and one in stykkisholmur.
Unfortunately, there’s no ferry in the morning and the one in the afternoon is leaving at 3PM which is too late for me.
So I plan to drive, What would you recommend me :
Stay two days in the peninsula and drive the following day to Latrabjark
Or stay one day and a half , then drive part of the trip and make a stop somewhere.

Can you take the ferry the next morning? It is hard to really make suggestions without know the rest of your plans around this.

Another proposal would be to leave the day before at 3 p.m. by the ferry losing a little time for the peninsula but by staying in BRJÁNSLÆKUR, it would allow me to visit Raudisandur in the evening and morning of the next day and then go to our hotel in Patreksfjordur, drop off our luggage and have a meal at noon then go quietly to Latrabjark to enjoy a maximum of puffins

I would opt for this last option. There is a sweet little cafe and guesthouse very close to the ferry right after you depart from the dock, almost directly across the street.
