The new Iceland book by Rick Steves said the Back to Iceland Travel mini bus from KEF to Reykjavik is 3,200 ISK per adult. I was just informed by them that "These are outdated prices and because of changed situations we no longer offer them. We only do private transfers now charging by the group size. The prices on our website are correct." (16,000 ISK for a 4 person car)
Any suggestions for which taxi service to use - some can be precooked. Do not want to use the bus.
Thank you.
I don't have a specific recommendation, but you might look at Viator to see some of the options and read reviews.

Thank you - just booked with BTI after e-mailing them.
Why not the bus?
Most people just take the Flybus which is timed with every flight.
Flybus is much cheaper and you can buy ticket on board still on plane. Very convenient.
The bus takes you directly to your hotel and picks you up as well.
