I have seen several internet sites that show AMAZING street art on buildings etc. in Reykjavik. However I have not been able to find a map that shows the exact locations of the artwork so I can walk it on my own. Has anyone done that and where can I get a map?
Yes, the street art there is wonderful! I am not familiar with any map of this though. We just wander and see it on our own and on every trip we find more. There is a lot right along the main street, Laugavegur. Be sure to get off on the side streets and go several blocks for even more murals etc.
You could also do a private customized tour with the Citywalk "Free" walking tour people.
I found a map here of all street art:

Thanks, Frank.
I googled “murals in Reykjavik” and found what may easily be used as a map of both the west and east sides of Laekjargaeta, under the article heading “Graffiti in Reykjavik” on the website Your Friend in Reykjavik. You’ll have to zoom in and out of the plotted area, I believe.
Such a great idea! Now we’ll do that the morning we fly in.
