We will be in Reykjavik for 3 day layover in mid September. Due to a new issue, we may have a person with mobility limitations so likely active travel is not possible. We will be doing a few group sightseeing tours. We will be staying very near the Reykjavik Marina, at the Berjaya Iceland Hotel. Are there some good restaurant choices for dinner very close by? We are not into formal dress up dining, but we are fine for casual but good food featuring local cuisine. Is private transport available for even short distances if needed? Are credit cards taken universally for car services? Thank you.

You will be fine:) Pretty much just across the street is Forrettabarinn which is very good, and less than a block away is the Sea Baron. Both are excellent and not dressy by any means. Taxis are easy in Reykjavik, but use the Hreyfill app or call them, or have your hotel call them. Messinn is our favorite restaurant in town, and it isn't far, but for someone with mobility issues a taxi would be easier. A couple of other places we love are Skal!, Sjavargrillid, and Islenski Barinn. Taxis take cards, so don't worry about that.
