A group of 60+ folks are interested in a glacier hike - probably leaving from Skafkafell area. We're not looking to climb, but want a guided walk with crampons, etc. Any recommended companies/experiences you especially enjoyed (or any to stay away from)?

We di the Solheimajokull glacier hike and loved it! Icelandic Mountain Guides are the guides and you can book directly. https://www.mountainguides.is You can also book through tour companies, but these are the people who actually run the glacier hike.

Yes, they are a very reputable company and I believe they are the only guides for this.
