We are doing a self-drive tour with them in September. I find it somewhat similar to Rick's My Way tours in that they book the hotels and car for you (based on your chosen level--basic, comfort, superior), then give lots of support with the itinerary. You are assigned a consultant who is your point of contact. My initial contact was a phone call to them with some questions, and that person became my contact. It may sometimes take a day or so to return an email. So far, I've found that they live up to exactly what's said on the website. Besides all the support, they provide a mobile phone with a 24/7 contact number. We are a group of three, and when starting to plan on my own, I was having trouble finding accommodations for us. I've checked the places they have booked us, and they look very nice. We signed up for a few of the activities at various places and they booked our time slots. All that is figured into the personal itinerary they have provided, with tons of suggestions for other things.
