Need recommendation for winter December sightseeing on these areas

Between Vik to Kirkjubæjarklaustur and
between Hofn to Egillstadir (not interested with geothermal areas or hiking as we'd do it somewhere else)

Between Reykjavik & Vik, we plan to do
Reykjadalur Thermal Hot Springs, Solheimajokull, Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, Reynisfjara Black Beach. I wonder if it's worth it to visit the Plane Wreck Beach. Also if the Dyrholaey is accessible during wintertime

How are you planning to get to these locations? I hope you are not thinking about driving - Iceland winter is no joke especially in deep winter like December. It's much better idea to go on a guided tour in which case you can choose the itinerary from what the tours offer.

I try to find tour that could stay overnight and not going back to Reyjavik. Want to do the Jokulsarlon ice cave tour and Vatnajokul glacier hike/climb. Could you advise any?
