I'm planning a family trip for 8 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 9). We'd like to stay within 4 hours of Reykjavik (but not in the city) but I'm having a hard time finding a house or lodge that can accommodate our size. We'd need at least 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are planning to go June 21 - Jul 1 , 2025 Any thoughts?
I responded to your question on TA. Look at booking.com and use the filter for bedrooms and bathrooms. Finding 3 bathrooms will be harder though.
I would try air b n b. A quick search found some places just outside the city with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We've used air b n b in Reykjavík 3 times before and had some good luck with our places.
