I would appreciate any recommendations for the best way to experience Landmanaugur if we only have 1-2 days, with pickup from Reykjavík, in the first week of September.
We are open to hiking or doing a jeep tour.
Could you recommend any reputable tour companies for Landmanaugur? If we decide to hike, I would like to go with a company where we can hike the most scenic trails in that area since we won't have time to do the full 55 km trek.
