No. I just did the following: Golden Circle, Snæfellsjökull, somewhere on the southwest coast I can't remember near Vik (it was a black beach), Blue Lagoon, Thingvallir Park (that may have been part of the Golden Circle), and lots of sightseeing in Reykjavik. I even spent half a day at an amazing gym with an Olympic sized swimming pool and various saunas right on the edge of Reykjavik, which was heaven! I didn't have enough time to make it to other regions of Iceland.
If you think there's even a remote chance that you'll fly Iceland Air again and be able to do a layover, maybe that can take some stress out of the equation. I've been to Iceland twice, and I just do a little more each time. Don't try to do it all. Pick a region and just explore that area as well as you can. Come back again if you like it.
Prioritize and look at the sunrise and sundown times during the dates of your trip, so you can pace yourself. It's amazing how much you can pack in during the summer given the sun doesn't go down. But it will mess with your circadian rhythms.
