Flybus vs. Gray Line bus

The Gray Line bus is a lot cheaper than Flybus - Flybus is around $40 each way and Gray Line is only $23.

So is there some reason that people pay that much more for Flybus? They both look like they have the same schedule, get you there in about 45 minutes and they both drop you off at your hotel.

They don't drop you off at all the hotels.
Some hotels are not easy to drive the big buses to, due to narrow streets, one way systems, etc.; so you get transferred onto mini-buses at a central bus station before going to your hotel.

I did know there was a transfer. Also, my figures were wrong - Gray Line charges $28 for transport to the hotel, and Flybus is $38.

For what it's worth, I posted this over on Trip Advisor and was told that Flybus markets heavily and pays the airport a percentage to get right in front of the exit. So most people just head for Flybus. I think I'll walk a few feet and save $10. :)
