Can I buy tickets for Flybus at the airport in Iceland or do I need to purchase ahead of time?

You should purchase them ahead of time. Tickets are not assigned a certain date and time but they do guarantee a seat on the bus if you have a ticket in hand. I don't know if you can buy a ticket in the airport but it's easy to buy one online before you leave home.

Yes, you can buy them at the airport.
Tere's a desk right there just before you go outside.
It's very easy to buy them online though, one less thing to worry about when you land.

If you are flying on Icelandair, you can also buy Flybus on the plane, it is 200 ISK cheaper that way.

I looked at taking the Flybus from city to airport but we need to leave our Airbnb by 4:30AM. Does anyone know of a company that offers a shared transfer with pick up at street address to KEF? I have only found $100 transfers for two...
