Has anyone used this company to book any tour in Iceland?
Specifically, I am seriously considering booking this excursion out of Akureyri: Godafoss Waterfall and Fjord Views. It's just 3 hours which works for our short time (7am-4pm) in port but I'm puzzled because there are multiple choices for choosing a start time and I can't imagine the company can provide a mini-bus every half hour.
I did find a contact email by scrolling to the bottom of the tour page so will contact Bustravel as well and post when I receive a response.

I haven't yet, but I've booked a couple of day tours with them for early next month. mikliz97, a regular poster here who has been to Iceland many times, has had good experiences with them.

We used them on our most recent trip there just this past March. They were excellent. The tour itself was great, as was the guide who was also the driver, but we came upon a serious accident that had the road closed for quite some time. I figured we were just going to have to omit some things fro the itinerary, but no, he someone redid the itinerary and we were able to fit everything in as planned. We were certainly impressed by that!
I just went to their website and checked out the tour. They mention in a couple of places that the times are scheduled around when cruises are docked, so the multiple times does not surprise me at all. The ships are massive and the tours are small groups, not huge coach buses. I would not hesitate at all as long as I booked a time that I knew for sure would work for me.

We used BusTravel Iceland (bus travel.is) for two excursions from the ports, isafjordur and Djupivogur. They were fine and got us back to the ship on time.
When I booked, they only had one departure time from the port, so I would see what they have to say.
In Akureyri, we used Saga Travel (found on get your guide) but booked directly with Saga Travel, to visit Lake Mvvatn and Godafoss. It was a 6 hour tour, and the small details made this worth it. First, they had bug nets for the passengers at Lake Myvatn because the midges were terrible. We had brought our own, but the tour provided it. And Second, lunch was included at a Bird musuem.
At Godafoss, our last stop on the bus excursion, some passengers were worried about getting back on time. But the guide, said "see those buses? Those are your ship's tour buses (viking Cruises) and we are ahead of them, so the ship is going to wait for them no matter what." We got back to the ship with 15 minutes to spare before the all aboard time. The viking cruise busses arrived after us.

Thank you all! I reached out to Bustravel and between you all who've responded and their representative Vitor's replies to my emails we will be booking with them for their Myvatn, Godafoss and Volcanoes 6 hour tour. Vitor advised we select 8:30 for our start time. It may be a full-size bus for this tour, depending on the # of participants, but we decided the itinerary outweighed the bus size!
