We don't have a phone + doubt our hotel in Eger would call Budapest to order a cab to meet us at the station when we arrive. Does anyone know if there might be a website where we could pre-order the cab? We are arriving at the Stadion bus station + when we were there to check it out there was no obvious taxi stand + the only taxi waiting was not from a legitimate company.

Its the 21st century. You ought to consider a phone. Its not expensive and really pays for its self in the long run. (This was typed on my cell phone while fishing in the Pirin Mountains of Bulgaria)
