I am planning on visiting Szecheny and maybe other thermal spas when I visit Budapest- my question is, my partner does not want to use the spas- is there a waiting lobby or a place they can wait while others use the spa? this is a question for other spas as well. thanks

Yes, Szecheny has indoor and outside poolside sating and a café. Lukacs does as well. Gellert also, but its closed for renovations.
