In our flat, the host has many guide books, one of which is the Rick Steves Budapest book (4th ed).
Some thoughtless (grumble, grumble) previous guest tore out pg 187-188 which (I assume) has the walking tour map. (Ok, they wanted it handy while walking, but why not stick it back in place when done?!?)

Bestsellers Bookshop in Budapest sells Rick's books. They're right downtown in the central district V.
Looking at the 5th edition, the Jewish Quarter walking tour map covers only a small area. If you zoom into Google Maps enough to see both the Orthodox Synagogue and the Astoria Metro station on the margins, then you have the area. The walk starts at the Dohány Street/Great Synagogue, up Vesselenyi, over a block to the Kazinczy Street/Orthodox Synagogue, then back along Dob utca, dogleg over to the Rumbach Street Synagogue, and end at Modach Ter.
