My father was born in Csebeny,Baranya and I was thinking about renting a small apartment nearby in Pecs for perhaps 4-6 weeks.
Any one with any experience renting re supply and cost?. Also family in Hercegfalva(Mesofalva) and Eloszallas area.This would be for fall of 2021.

Oh, I really enjoyed Pecs when I traveled to Hungary in 2018. I have no information on apartment rental costs, but you can begin your exploration on booking.com. It lists apartments as well as hotels. Obviously, the nightly rates you see there will be higher than the pro-rated cost of a monthly rental.
I am not familiar with Mesofalva and Eloszallas, but I see that they're basically between the eastern end of Lake Balaton and Kecskemet.
I hope James E. sees this thread; he might have a real-estate agency suggestion for you.

I'm not familiar with the market in Pecs (petch) but in Budapest a typical 1 bed Airbnb will go for $60 to $80. So figure maybe 1/3 to 1/2 less in Pecs.
It's a great town, but 4 weeks? At least Budapest is 3 hours away.
