packing for late September lower Danube Cruise

Hi,
I'm leaving for Romania tomorrow. We are spending 1 week there, including Broasove and then going on a Cruise from Bucharest to Budapest. We are staying in Budapest for 4 days until October 2. The weather is changing and looks variable. I am having a hard time packing. Which pants do women bring? I am taking 1 pair of jeans and 2 linen pants. Which other pants would someone recommend?
I have 1 dress and skirt packed for dinner on the boat. Thank you. Vuori wide leg pants or something warmer?

It most likely won’t be that cold, so I personally wouldn’t bring things for very cold weather. I usually pack lightweight pants that can be sink washed if necessary and dry quickly (rarely take jeans for that reason). You might need a jacket of some kind, especially for evenings.

A wild guess is a possible high of 65 and a possible low, after sun rise, of 45; with the truth being in the middle. A light cool weather cover and maybe 2 light layers below on the coldest moment. If I am wrong you become the proud owner of a $50 souvenir Budapest sweatshirt or hoodie.

Book yout Budapest activities now. If you need suggestions ... ask.

One can never go wrong unless its 30C, but I /my wife always bring a nice set of under layers which scrunch up really small for under any lighter slacks or tops.

Thanks. AI said my linen pants would be cold. Its been sweltering in California and so hard to think about colder weather. I guess i don't need day jeans plus jeans for the evening. Thanks
