MAV ticket office

Does anyone know if the MAV ticket office on Joszef Attila utca is still open? A few weeks ago Denny very kindly suggested using the office to buy train tickets in advance. Today I was looking on google maps and there was a notice saying that this location had been reported closed. I've been searching all over the internet to no avail so have returned here where I get the best information. Leaving in 2 days for Budapest!

I also just go to the window at Keleti a day or two prior to wanting to ride the train as that is the station I am most familiar with and it's an easy ride on the metro. I use MAV's website to determine which train I want and write that out on paper--date, time, class, destination--though the ticket agents speak English it doesn't hurt to have it in writing to avoid confusion.
